A two-day training workshop which transfers basic financial concepts to personnel in non-financial roles.

As a practical exercise, the delegates will be tasked to work in teams to formulate a business plan, a projected income statement and a cash flow for a fictitious business. These business plans are then presented and reviewed on the second day. The purpose being to formalise the practical aspects of the business concepts reviewed during the first day.
